Servo offers full service Fanuc Alpha motor repair. Every servo motor that comes into our facility is repaired with the following features:

Exploded view of Alpha i encoder.  NOTE: The ribbon cable is attached to the very flimsy encoder connector and the PC board.  Extreme care should be taken when attaching mating connector.  Avoid excessive vibration.

Servo stocks, uses, and sells Alpha i encoder support brackets for use with mating connectors.  The bracket keeps the motor connector from receiving undo pressure from mating cable and vibration.

Alpha I motor brakes now use flimsy aluminum leads and a snap in place connector in the body of the brake - not conducive to coolant type environments.
