Our servo motor repairs have a less than 1% yearly failure rate, which is the lowest in the industry. We also do NOT use any flat rate pricing. We only charge for what is wrong with the motor, which means a significant cost savings for you!
In order to keep your down time to a minimum and save you money, each Fanuc Alpha servo and spindle motor repair includes the following extra services:

• Encoder and signal generator testing and alignment to manufacturer's specifications

• End bells and shafts are measured and assembled to OEM specifications in MICRONS
• Balancing to Class 1 or better
• Vibration testing with SKF analysis equipment
• Servo does NOT modify bearing bores to use generic bearings. We only use OEM high precision bearings.
