Rebuilt to New Fanuc (CTTS) coolant thru the shaft spindle motor.  Special tolerances measured in microns are met everytime. Rebuilt to new Fanuc

Fanuc flange and foot mounted spindle motors in for repair.  Servo can repair these motors in 1-2 days providing balancing and vibration testing which the OEM and other competitors don't provide.

Old, defective Fanuc S series spindle motor in for repair.  This motor uses the old version of the magnetic drum Z pulse sensor.

Fanuc shorted windings.  Fanuc servo and spindle motors are famous for phase to phase shorts.

Fanuc sprays or trickles their varnish into their stator windings at an angle with the drive end bell attached to the stator.  In cases as shown, sometimes too much varnish is used and the excess puddles and hardens on the winding and end bell.  If a piece of this varnish breaks off it could snap off one of the winding wires making it junk.  With Servo's dipping process this would never happen.
Stator Windings

Servo uses class H insulation - slot liners, wedges, lead wire, tie cords, and most importantly phase paper.  Quite a difference in materials compared to the OEM.

Servo rebuilds Fanuc spindle motor cooling fans.  Our meticulous cleaning and repair procedures allow us to save the customers a lot of money compared to a whole new fan for assembly. cooling fan

Servo uses only OEM Fanuc alignment procedures for hi-res encoder alignment - with or without marker pulse.
