Servo offers full service Indramat 2AD servo motor repair. We are one of the only aftermarket repair companies with original Indramat resolver/encoder aligning software. Every servo motor that comes into our facility is repaired with the following features:

In order to keep your down time to a minimum and save you money, each Indramat 2AD motor repair includes the following extra services:

   • Indramat RAC AC drive and proprietary test box controls
   • Indramat DKC AC digital drive and PC based test software for digital motors
   • Indramat and Heidenhain encoder testing and alignment to manufacturer’s specifications
   • Correct temperature winding thermistors
   • Copper windings and class H insulation materials
   • End bells and shafts measured and rebuilt to manufacturer’s specifications or better
   • Vibration testing with SKF analysis equipment
   • Balancing to Class 1 or better

2AD160B drive end flange damage. Over 80% of Indramat 2AD repairs have shaft AND flange damage due to design AND misapplication problems. Heavy-duty roller bearing motors are being misapplied which results in premature failure. Consult us for more details.
