Servo offers full service Indramat motor repair. Every servo motor that comes into our facility is repaired with the following features:
• In-house electrical motor rewinding to original manufacturer's specifications
• One year warranty from installation date
• Warranty tracking on ALL repairs by serial number
• Same day turnaround service available at NO extra charge
Our servo motor repairs have a less than 1% yearly failure rate, which is the lowest in the industry. We also do NOT use any flat rate pricing. We only charge for what is wrong with the motor, which means a significant cost savings for you!
In order to keep your down time to a minimum and save you money, each Indramat motor repair includes the following extra services:
• Indramat DDS A/C drive and TVM control based test system
• Original Indramat software used for alignment and testing
• Heidenhain encoder testing and alignment to manufacturer’s specifications
• Continuous phase winding
• Copper windings and class H insulation materials
• End bells and shafts measured and rebuilt to manufacturer’s specifications or better
• Balancing to Class 1 or better
