Servo offers full service repairs on Indramat motors. Every servo motor that comes into our facility is repaired with the following features:
• In-house electrical motor rewinding to original manufacturer's specifications
• One year warranty from installation date
• Warranty tracking on ALL repairs by serial number
• Same day turnaround service available at NO extra charge
Our servo motor repairs have a less than 1% yearly failure rate, which is the lowest in the industry. We also do NOT use any flat rate pricing. We only charge for what is wrong with the motor, which means a significant cost savings for you!
In order to keep your down time to a minimum and save you money, each of our Indramat motors are repaired with the following extra services:
• Indramat RAC AC drive and proprietary test box controls
• Indramat and Heidenhain encoder testing and alignment to manufacturer’s specifications
• Micrometer measurement of OD and ID of 1MS frameless stators for comparison with manufacturer’s specifications
• Machining of OD and ID of 1MS frameless stators available upon need and request
• Proprietary motor winding fixtures
• Correct temperature winding thermistors
• Copper windings and class H insulation materials
• End bells and shafts measured and rebuilt to manufacturer’s specifications or better
• Vibration testing with SKF analysis equipment
• Balancing to Class 1 or better
