Servo offers full service Kollmorgen servo repair. Servo is an aftermarket master distributor. Every servo motor that comes into our facility is repaired with the following features:

• In-house electrical motor rewinding to original manufacturer's specifications

   • Warranty tracking on ALL repairs by serial number
   • Same day turnaround service available at NO extra charge

Our servo motor repairs have a less than 1% yearly failure rate, which is the lowest in the industry. We also do NOT use any flat rate pricing. We only charge for what is wrong with the motor, which means a significant cost savings for you!

In order to keep your down time to a minimum and save you money, each Kollmorgen servo repair includes the following extra services:

   • Inland/AEG-Ireland motor service available
   • Closed loop DC tach feedback testing
   • Copper windings and class H insulation materials
   • Balancing to Class 1 or better

TTR5700 series motor in for repair. Servo stocks all Inland D/C motor parts, including gears, resolvers, couplings, and brakes.

TTRB5700 series "missle" in for repair. Note broken flange on drive end. Servo stocks flanges.

Turned and undercut commutator of Inland TT5300 armature.

Inland TTR4501 "K&T" CNC machine tool servo motor. SMD stocks all K&T style Inland motor parts -- stationary armatures, tachs, resolvers, gears, connectors, etc.

Inland TT4500 and TT4501 stationary armatures - rewound with class H insulation and new commutators.

Servo stocks the resolvers, gears, couplings, etc for the feedback packages for the many different size Inland motors such as TTR4500, TTR4501, TTR5302, and TTR5703.

Servo buys in quantity so it can offer the end user a great discount.

Rebuilt BBC MIF132 series DC Shunt wound motor used specifically on K&T (Kearney & Trecker) CNC machine tools. This motor has gone through vibration testing on Servo's SKF isolation table.
