Servo offers full service repairs on Mitsubishi spindle motors. Every servo motor that comes into our facility is repaired with the following features: • In-house electrical motor rewinding to original manufacturer's specifications • One year warranty from installation date • Warranty tracking on ALL repairs by serial number • Same day turnaround service available at NO extra charge Our servo motor repairs have a less than 1% yearly failure rate, which is the lowest in the industry. We also do NOT use any flat rate pricing. We only charge for what is wrong with the motor, which means a significant cost savings for you! In order to keep your down time to a minimum and save you money, each of our Mitsubishi spindle motors are repaired with the following extra services: • Original Mitsubishi drives and CNC controls • Signal generator testing and alignment to manufacturers specifications • Proprietary winding fixtures • Superior seal system • Balancing to Class 1 or better • End bells and shafts measured and rebuilt to manufacturer's specifications or better • Vibration testing with SKF analysis equipment We also stock a full inventory of OEM motor parts.
