Our repair process is fairly simple... 1) You send us the motor, drive, or component that is needing repair. No RMA is required, just send it in! 2) We check in the unit and issue it a unique tag number. Any supplemental information is noted such as error codes, failure reasons, as well as warranty claims... 3) The unit is assigned a technician who diagnoses what is wrong by a few ways from dis-assembling the unit, trying to run it on the original OEM equipment, etc. 4) After diagnosing what is wrong and what parts will be needed to complete a repair, our Repair Department begins the quoting process by researching parts price and availability. A formal quote is developed and emailed/faxed to you the customer. 5) After approval from you, we go ahead and repair the unit back to new condition. Existing parts are washed, cleaned, and given new life. 6) After repair, your unit heads to our shipping department where it is securely packaged. After packaging, your repaired unit is sent back to you. |
