Servo offers full service Peerless motor repair. Servo is an aftermarket master distributor. Every servo motor that comes into our facility is repaired with the following features:
• In-house electrical motor rewinding to original manufacturer's specifications
• One year warranty from installation date
• Warranty tracking on ALL repairs by serial number
• Same day turnaround service available at NO extra charge
Our servo motor repairs have a less than 1% yearly failure rate, which is the lowest in the industry. We also do NOT use any flat rate pricing. We only charge for what is wrong with the motor, which means a significant cost savings for you!
In order to keep your down time to a minimum and save you money, each Peerless motor repair includes the following extra services:
• Allen Bradley, GE, and Warner Swasey labels
• Closed loop DC tach feedback testing
• Copper windings and class H insulation materials
• Balancing to Class 1 or better
