Every servo motor that comes into our facility is repaired with the following features: • In-house electrical motor rewinding to original manufacturer's specifications 
• One year warranty from installation date• Warranty tracking on ALL repairs by serial number • Same day turnaround service available at NO extra charge Our servo motor repairs have a less than 1% yearly failure rate, which is the lowest in the industry. We also do NOT use any flat rate pricing. We only charge for what is wrong with the motor, which means a significant cost savings for you! motors are now like Fanuc - laminations only, no housing - which are very
porous. In a lot of cases, Siemens doesn't use vanish any more on
their laminations nor do they paint the motors. Customers can have
their motors reinsulated with class H insulation as well as ServoSeal for extra added protection. |
