• One year warranty from installation date

Our servo motor repairs have a less than 1% yearly failure rate, which is the lowest in the industry. We also do NOT use any flat rate pricing. We only charge for what is wrong with the motor, which means a significant cost savings for you!
In order to keep your down time to a minimum and save you money, each Siemens spindle repair includes the following extra services:

• Correct temperature winding thermistors
• End bells and shafts measured to manufacturer’s specification or better
• Balancing to Class 1 or better, 500 lbs. maximum
• Heidenhain encoder testing and alignment to manufacturer’s specifications
• Vibration testing with SKF analysis equipment
• Copper windings, class H insulation materials
